I like the Swiss Karabiner Model 1931, a nice relic of military history. I just bought a 113-year-old Swedish Mauser Carbine Model 1894. As an investment vehicle, I'm expecting it to out-perform gold.

will hopefully have video up from Fat Beard Guy's camera in the next few days, turns out it DOESNT support usb capture so i'm waiting on a firewire cable (not going to pay $40 for something i'll use maybe once a month)

Swedish Mausers in 6.5x55mm are some of the smoothest operating, accurate bolt guns out there. And the 6.5x55 round is one of the flattest shooting, accurate rounds out there. Good choice. I bought my k-31 a year ago for $120, now it's worth $240 at Cabelas.
